Nexus Audit Bakery began with a simple idea: that a neighborhood deserves a real bakery. Not a chain, not a convenience store. A place where the bread is baked fresh every single morning, where the coffee is made with care, and where you can take a breath before the day gets busy.
We open at 7 AM — early enough that you can grab a warm croissant before work, or linger over a pour-over on a lazy weekend morning. We close at 3 PM, because our bakers are up before dawn and they deserve an afternoon too.
Our menu is kept intentionally short. We'd rather do a handful of things really well than stretch ourselves thin. Every loaf, every pastry, every cup of coffee gets our full attention.
We're closed on Mondays — that's our day to rest, restock, and plan what's coming next. We think rest matters as much as the work.
What we believe in
Simple ingredients
Flour, water, salt, time. We don't add what doesn't need to be there.
Community first
We bake for our neighbors. Regulars are family. New faces are welcome.
Slow and careful
Good bread takes time. We don't rush fermentation, and we don't cut corners.
Thoughtful about waste
Day-old bread becomes croutons and breadcrumbs. We try hard not to throw anything away.
